SMART4ALL has selected the 4 winners in the context of the 2nd Focused Technology Transfer Experiments (FTTE) Open Call! Each winning consortium composed by two different industrial and academic partners from two different European countries, will receive 80.000 € funding for the transfer of a specific SW or HW technology between the partners in order to enable improved product or processes in the areas of Digitized Agriculture, Digitized Environment, Digitized Transport and Digitized Anything.
The 4 winning consortia were selected amongst 75 applications that included entities from 29 different countries including member states of the European Union and H2020 associated countries. The five countries with most applications were Greece (26), Serbia (17), Slovenia (12), Montenegro (11) and Italy (11), while Croatia (7). United Kingdom (6), Bosnia & Herzegovina (6), Germany (6) and Bulgaria (5) followed in the ranking of the most populated countries in this Open Call. Excluding Greece, approximately 92% of all submitted applications included at least one partner from the SEE countries.
The verticals with most applications received were Digitized Anything with 23 applications, Digitized Environment with 18, Digitized Agriculture with 16, and Digitized Transport with 15 applications.
