21st June: 2nd SMART4ALL workshop on HiPEAC Conference 2022

In the context of a collaboration already established with HiPEAC network and following previous presence on the prestigious international HiPEAC Conference*, SMART4ALL participates on HiPEAC 2022 with the organization of a workshop devoted to the project’s key activities and results in boosting digital transformation and innovation in Central and Southeastern Europe.

On Tuesday 21st June, a workshop under the title “SMART4ALL: Capacity Building among European Stakeholders” is organized in Budapest, aiming to:

  • showcase selected pathfinder application experiments executed in the context of SMART4LL
  • highlight the technical progress made by project partners and the impact this may have on creating business opportunities
  • host prominent speakers from the European Commission and EU initiatives/projects addressing the continued digitization for a green and resilient European economy and the important role of European Digital Innovation Hubs (EDIHs).

Program of the workshop

The research topics of HiPEAC Conference have a clear overlap with the goals and initiatives of the SMART4ALL project and the top (European) researchers attend this event to network and brainstorm to define future research directions and EU projects. Therefore, it is an important opportunity, through this 2nd workshop within HiPEAC, to increase SMART4ALL visibility to this community.

* The HiPEAC conference is the premier European forum for experts in computer architecture, programming models, compilers and operating systems for general-purpose, embedded and cyber-physical systems. Areas of focus and integration include safety-critical dependencies, cybersecurity, energy efficiency and machine learning.
