Project Description

The current proposal focuses on the implementation of a low-code framework for the development of dialog-based applications for smart assistants. In this context, textual and graphical representations will be explored for the implementation of Domain-specific Languages (DSLs), while also proper code generators will be delivered, which will enable
transformations of input description models to output source code and documentation elements. In the context of the project the ELSA smart assistant, that was developed by Information Processing Laboratory – IPL-AUTH (sending organization), will be used as the physical platform and has Natural-Language Understanding (NLU) capabilities and application installation via an App Store. Finally, a number of scenarios will be implemented by a team of the host organization, to evaluate usability and productivity gain from utilizing low-code tools for developing their applications.
